STAGE 01

PROCESS 1: RAW MATERIAL QUALITY CONTROL

Strict spectroscopic chemical analysis and ultrasonic flaw detection on incoming high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15 / AISI 52100). We inspect steel inclusions, spheroidized annealing structure, and dimensional uniformity right from the source.

STAGE 02

PROCESS 2: PRECISION HOT & COLD FORGING

Blanks are shaped using high-tonnage hydraulic forging presses. Precise forging aligns metal grain flow with bearing load lines, eliminating internal porosity and increasing dynamic fatigue strength by over 40%.

STAGE 03

PROCESS 3: CNC TURNING & CONTOURING

High-precision multi-axis CNC turning machines cut inner/outer ring raceways, chamfers, seal grooves, and stop ring slots with a daily multi-ton production capacity to feed continuous grinding lines.

PROCESS 4: ATMOSPHERIC HEAT TREATMENT

Continuous automated Austrian/Japanese style heat treatment lines perform computer-controlled heating, salt-bath bainite/martensite quenching, and sub-zero tempering to achieve uniform Rockwell hardness of HRC 60 - 65 and superior dimensional stability.

PROCESS 5: ROLLING ELEMENT MICRO-FINISHING

Manufacture of Grade 10 steel balls, cylindrical rollers, spherical barrels, and tapered needle rollers using diamond-lapping disks and acoustic vibration sorting to guarantee perfect sphericity and mirror-like Ra 0.02μm finish.
